Hot Weather Updates
The warehouse will be closed on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th due to the weather forecast, and we’ll resume normal dispatch on Wednesday 20th July. The Royal Mail strike should not affect us, so ALL orders should resume for normal dispatch from Wednesday 20th onwards. We're really sorry for any delays that the heatwave has caused, and we'll get your parcels out to you as soon as possible!
If you do want your parcel dispatched today despite the weather, please email email@example.com BEFORE 10am. Please note that due to the fact we have chosen to pause dispatch because of the weather, this will be at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible or provide any compensation for any orders that arrive damaged. We will upgrade all orders that go out today to 1st class postage to try and mitigate the chances of anything melting!
The warehouse will be closed on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th due to the weather forecast, and we’ll resume normal dispatch on Wednesday 20th July. However, Royal Mail currently have a planned strike for 20th-22nd July, so it may only be DPD orders that can dispatch. We’ll monitor the situation and update with any changes!
Due to the current hot weather in the UK, we are withholding shipments for the next couple of days - to ensure that you don't end up with chocolate soup! As soon as the weather cools down a little bit, we'll be getting your orders out to you as quickly as possible. We anticipate that this will be the end of the week, but of course we'll be keeping an eye on the forecast.
